£30,000 – £35,000 per annum + Company Car

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our expanding Central Division, managing a high-profile education contract across 19 sites in the East Midlands.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of cleaning operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance across all locations. You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated team of cleaning operatives, bringing energy, leadership, and a proactive approach to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
  • Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
  • Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams
  • Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager
  • Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth
