Located in Lancing, this role involves retaining key accounts and addressing client needs creatively. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B track record and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of £31,000 per year plus an estimated uncapped bonus of £3k based on performance and hybrid working conditions after probation.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on creativity and innovation, delivering tailored, out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs. You should be an ambitious, self-driven professional with a proven history of success in B2B client-facing roles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet will help you navigate and resolve client challenges efficiently. As a part of the Account Management Team, you will play a critical role in advancing business development efforts and contribute to the Group’s growth during an exciting phase of expansion.
