Account Manager
  • Annual Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving repeatable profitable revenue. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with technical colleagues to develop specific solutions that meet client needs across our product range and deliver against agreed revenue & volume profit targets.

Day-to-day of the role
  • Maintain and enhance the existing account base, focusing on key account development, proactive account visits, management of pricing, and identification of new opportunities to drive year-on-year growth of revenue and volume.
  • Proactively focus on new business initiatives, keeping abreast of market trends and innovations.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent record-keeping on the company database in line with agreed policies.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting to support production optimization and revenue management.
  • Collaborate successfully with marketing and product teams to drive opportunities and enhance brand reputation in new and existing customers.
  • Participate in periodic raw material pricing and supplier liaison as required.
