  • Capture requirements for customer change requests.

As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to work as part of their existing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high customer service standards.
  • Obtain information from the Sales team and liaise directly with the client to process orders through the system.
  • Book customer jobs onto the system, liaising with the Scheduling Manager initially and agreeing a suitable timeframe, then communicating and agreeing with the client.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and provide technical support by job interpretation and liaison to ensure full understanding of the client’s brief.
  • Monitor all aspects of live jobs for key customers from specification through to invoicing and convert customer instructions into accurate job bag instructions.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and notify them of any delays proactively and reactively.
  • Ensure all requirements are captured for customer change requests and track and respond to changes, updating job bag instructions and load changes on the computer system.
  • Maintain good relations with customers to keep the company as the preferred supplier and report client activity to sales and production teams to prevent and identify problems.
  • Liaise with other departments for artwork, scheduling, printing, and finishing to ensure orders are produced with quality and precision.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new clients, maintain and develop relationships with current clients, and pitch sales and products to new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure all requirements are met.
