As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to work as part of their existing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Obtain information from the Sales team and liaise directly with the client to process orders through the system.
- Book customer jobs onto the system, liaising with the Scheduling Manager initially and agreeing a suitable timeframe, then communicating and agreeing with the client.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and provide technical support by job interpretation and liaison to ensure full understanding of the client’s brief.
- Monitor all aspects of live jobs for key customers from specification through to invoicing and convert customer instructions into accurate job bag instructions.
- Keep customers informed of progress and notify them of any delays proactively and reactively.
- Ensure all requirements are captured for customer change requests and track and respond to changes, updating job bag instructions and load changes on the computer system.
- Maintain good relations with customers to keep the company as the preferred supplier and report client activity to sales and production teams to prevent and identify problems.
- Liaise with other departments for artwork, scheduling, printing, and finishing to ensure orders are produced with quality and precision.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new clients, maintain and develop relationships with current clients, and pitch sales and products to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure all requirements are met.
