Job description

A well-established and growing business within the arcade and amusements sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and develop customer sites across Southern England and Wales. This is a field-based role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to directly influence site performance and customer satisfaction.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of existing arcade and amusements accounts. This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong sector knowledge, capable of building long-term customer relationships while ensuring machines and services operate at peak performance.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus and Car

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Remote + Travel to sites in South of England / Wales

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce regular sales and performance updates for internal teams and external partners
  • Analyse site and machine performance, identifying and addressing under performing equipment
  • Monitor payout ratios and commercial performance to ensure optimal results
  • Manage stock and consumables across assigned arcade and amusements locations
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly account and performance reports
  • Conduct routine site visits and audits to ensure machines are fully operational, well-presented, and compliant
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues proactively and professionally
  • Develop strong, long‑term relationships through consistent service delivery
Essential
  • A minimum of four year's experience in account management within the arcade, amusements, coin‑op, or redemption sector
  • Proven success improving account performance and driving measurable results
  • Strong experience managing SLAs and delivering high standards of customer service
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A commercial mindset with a proactive, opportunity‑led approach
  • The ability to work independently in a field‑based role
  • Strong organisation, problem‑solving, and time management skills
