Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client accounts in South West England and Wales. The successful candidate will have a background in Account Management or Sales and will enjoy building long-term relationships with clients. This role allows for hybrid working and comes with a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and a full UK driving license to cover the Bristol/M4 corridor.

Covering the Southwest (Can be located: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, and other areas surrounding the M4 corridor)

Do you have Account Management or Sales experience, looking to join a global market leader offering a highly autonomous and varied role with long‑term progression?

On offer is a great opportunity to technically develop whilst also progressing up the ladder of a huge business who take pride in investing in their staff. This leading organisation operates on a global scale, delivering innovative, client‑focused solutions to a wide range of customers. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an Account Manager to oversee the South West of England and Wales, acting as the main point of contact for key client accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities.

This is a Monday - Friday role with flexibility to work remotely, from internal offices and on customer sites. You will be responsible for maintaining long‑term partnerships, coordinating with internal sales, marketing and product teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions aligned to customer needs.

This role would suit someone from a Sales or Account Management background who enjoys relationship building, strategic planning and working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
