Hours: 9am 5pm Mon Fri (office based)

We re after a proactive Account Manager who enjoys connecting with people, spotting new opportunities, and guiding prospects through a smooth, confident sales process. Key Responsibilities
  • Research new business opportunities and make outbound calls to build a strong pipeline.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to shape and deliver targeted sales campaigns.
  • Hold engaging conversations with prospects via phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and support the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and manage client information with solid attention to detail.
  • Keep CRM records tidy, updated, and reliable.
  • Help refine internal processes and support continuous improvement.
  • Set personal development goals and actively grow your skills.
About You
  • Around 2 years experience in a similar sales or account management role.
  • A-levels plus strong GCSEs (including English and Maths).
  • Confident communicator with a professional, friendly phone manner.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and keen to learn.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car, due to the location of the office.
The Package
  • Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
  • Hours: 9am 5pm Monday - Friday
