Job description

We are looking for a PPC Executive specialising in Amazon to support a range of client brands across their retail media activity. This role focuses on building, optimising, and analysing Amazon advertising campaigns, while helping brands drive visibility, performance, and growth. You'll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, developing a strong understanding of each brand's goals and using Amazon's advertising tools to deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP activity.
  • Build new campaigns, complete daily pacing checks, and carry out ongoing optimisations to maximise efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure budgets are accurately managed and fully delivered as planned.
  • Use data‑driven decision‑making to identify opportunities, improve campaign effectiveness, and refine overall strategy.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and bidding approaches, applying learnings to enhance performance.
  • Deliver clear, insightful reporting and performance analysis to clients.
  • Produce professional client‑facing documents with actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients via email, calls, and meetings, building trusted relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader commercial or digital objectives.
  • Stay up to date with new Amazon features, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Attend client meetings in person when required.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
  • Experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, ideally within a digital or retail media environment.
  • Comfortable using Amazon Ad Console (Sponsored Ads and/or DSP).
  • Familiarity with third‑party bid management or optimisation platforms is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals—bidding, attribution, audience strategy, and budget pacing.
  • Confident working directly with clients and managing relationships at different levels.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and self‑motivated, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong Excel and general computer skills.
