A leading equipment rental provider in the UK is seeking a detail-oriented Film and TV Account Manager to build relationships with production teams. The role involves managing accounts from inquiry to invoice, ensuring customer satisfaction while utilizing rental software. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of the Film and TV industry and excellent communication skills. Due to team expanding we are currently seeking a passionate and detail oriented Film and TV account manager to join our rental team.
In the role you will be tasked with managing and establishing strong relationships with production teams and production crews. It will be required that you develop a unique understanding of the customer’s needs and interpret them correctly throughout the life of the project, handling the account from first enquiry to invoice.
Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730 with 1 Saturday morning per month 0800-1200 on a rota basis as and when workload dictates in busy periods
