My client is a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering exceptional spaces across numerous sectors. With a reputation for quality and a loyal client base, they've seen consistent growth and have big plans for the years ahead.

As they continue to expand, they're now looking to strengthen their delivery team with a driven Account Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop and grow with the business.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with clients and the wider team to deliver interior fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from £100k to £2.5m.

You'll be involved in the full process from concept to completion.

The key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate tenders
  • Manage and speak to key warm accounts
  • Oversee and deliver projects from start to completion
  • Full site responsibility, including programme, procurement & cost reporting
  • Quality control and assurance across all aspects of delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
