Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team, where you will play a key role in managing and growing customer accounts, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and supporting new business development within the aerospace and automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process, from customer engagement to order fulfilment.
• Evaluate and define customer requirements, ensuring internal actions align to meet them.
• Prepare and submit products and documentation for customer approval.
• Conduct account reviews with key clients; be the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer complaints in collaboration with the Sales Director.
• Support improvements in the contract review process.

Skills and Experience
