Location: Bushmills | Hours: Monday - Friday | Permanent Role

Role Overview

The Account Handler will be part of the Commercial team and will:

  • Conduct detailed client assessments to ensure the right insurance solutions are provided

  • Support business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities

  • Spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to help meet quarterly and annual targets

  • Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and ensure full compliance

  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service

  • Keep client records accurate and up to date within internal systems

Ideal Candidate
  • At least 1 year's experience in the insurance industry with focus on client management, lead generation, and sales performance

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and compliance requirements

  • Self-motivated, with a genuine passion for building and growing client relationships

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
