Base Location : Suite 8, The Quadrant, Business Park, 60 Marlborough Rd, Lancing BN15 8UW

Term : Permanent

Salary : £26,199per annum, Band C, Level 3

Hours : 35 hours per week

Line Management Responsibility : No

A bit about the role

Unity is an energetic insurance broker dedicated to supporting Scouts, youth organisations, and charities across the UK. We’re looking for an Account Handler to join our friendly and growing Existing Business Team.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive outstanding service. You’ll be in regular contact with clients ahead of their renewal dates and throughout the year, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team from diverse backgrounds, all passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Full training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity to develop your career in insurance.

Ideally, you’ll bring some insurance experience or a good understanding of the sector, along with curiosity and enthusiasm for helping clients in the youth and charity sectors.
