A leading sales organization in Central London is seeking an Account Executive to develop new accounts in the Corporate Legal, IP, and Investment sectors. The role offers a basic salary of GBP 40,000 in the first year with a commission plan and opportunities for progression to Senior Account Executive and Sales Manager. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience and demonstrate excellence and commitment to the company vision.
We are adding 1 Account Executive to our Central London team to help develop new accounts and manage relationships in our Corporate Legal, IP and Investment sectors. Successful candidates will develop into Senior Account Executive and then Sales Manager once initial milestone targets are achieved. This is a small high performing team. We demand excellence and give 110% to those who commit to our vision.
This is an in-person role located in our office in our Central London office.
Basic Salary: GBP 40,000 per annum in year one (comprising £30,000 base + £10,000 year one onboarding commission guarantee) and an attractive Commission plan.
Commission structure includes 7%-13% on monthly targets with deal price points after induction, with typical OTE expectations described in the role overview.
20 days per annum paid holiday (3 days to be used during Christmas week). After the first year this increases to a maximum of 25 days.
Office facilities include shower facilities, kitchen and social areas, including a private rooftop terrace on the North Bank of the River Thames opposite The Shard for team and company socials.
Travel to in-person events in locations such as Monaco, Cannes, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, Chicago, Tokyo, Singapore, Switzerland, etc., in 5-star locations.
