About the role: The Account Director for the Middle East Market is a senior-level role responsible for driving strategic growth within the region by leading the acquisition, management, and expansion of key enterprise-level accounts. This role focuses on developing and executing tailored sales strategies to enhance Escode's footprint in the Middle East, securing long-term contracts, and driving revenue growth. The Account Director will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding Escode’s market presence across the Middle East.

Strategic Market Development: Execute a comprehensive market entry and expansion strategy for the Middle East, targeting high-value enterprise clients.
Identify and prioritize key industries and accounts, aligning business development efforts with regional market needs and Escode’s core offerings.
Complex Engagements: Secure multi-year contracts with high-value customers in the Middle East, ensuring alignment with industry-specific commercial offerings.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead high-level negotiations with key stakeholders, ensuring that all contracts are structured to optimize revenue, mitigate risk, and meet the company's financial and strategic objectives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, and Product Development to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of Middle Eastern clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and execution of complex contracts, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Regional Coordination: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure that solutions are culturally and commercially appropriate for the Middle East market.
Performance Management: Ensure rigorous CRM maintenance, opportunity forecasting, and account planning to support strategic decision-making.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably with a strong background in the Middle Eastern market, particularly in technology or software solutions.
Proven track record: Securing and managing large, complex contracts with enterprise clients.
Industry Expertise: Understanding of the business landscape in the Middle East, including key sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government.
Desirable: Experience selling services into risk and compliance functions or IT solutions into large enterprises is highly desirable.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies that drive growth and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
Negotiation Capability: Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing large, multi-year agreements in the Middle East.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles, with the ability to structure deals that are both profitable and strategically sound.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Customer-Centric Approach: Deep commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven relationships.
