  • Representing the client on-site at events, ensuring flawless execution and a seamless experience.
  • Coaching and mentoring project delivery teams, empowering them to deliver their best work.
  • Partnering with the new business team to proactively present credentials, respond to RFPs, and pitch for new opportunities.
  • Continuously improving client relationships through feedback analysis and tailored improvement plans.
What You Will Bring

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, client-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional events.

  • Significant experience at Account Director level (or similar senior role) within an event agency.
  • Experience working with international clients, particularly stakeholders based in EMEA.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience with budgets and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with experience mentoring and developing project teams.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong ICT competence.
  • A growth mindset and proactive, solution-focused approach.
Why you'll love working here
  • A genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where people come first.
  • The chance to work with some of the world’s biggest technology brands.
  • Exciting international travel opportunities.
  • Career development and leadership opportunities in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • A passionate, inclusive, and ambitious team delivering best-in-class experiences.
Benefits
  • Annual leave – 33 days inc. Bank holidays
  • Summer Hours
  • Pension (5% employee, 3% employer)
  • Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives including access to an EAP
  • Enhanced Maternity Pay
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives
  • Volunteering Day
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan
  • Generous Talent Referral Scheme
  • Life Insurance
  • Birthday vouchers
  • Eyecare vouchers
Other Requirements
  • This is a hybrid role with the expectation of travel to the office for collaboration and to meet client needs.
  • Minimum of 25MB download / 2MB upload home broadband speed (for home working).
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally throughout the year.

If you’re a client-focused leader who thrives on delivering outstanding events and growing accounts, we’d love to hear from you.
