As ourAccount Director – EMEA, you will be the overall client lead for one of Aura’s Key European accounts, championing best-in-class service delivery while driving strategic growth. You will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery across all our services, including e-halo, consulting, insights, and technology solutions.

You will own theP&L for your account, work closely with internal teams, and act as both a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients.

What You’ll Deliver

  • Deliver revenue and profit targets for assigned client.
  • Build strong, strategic client relationships and drive service excellence.
  • Provide insight on market trends and innovations to help clients stay ahead.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure fair commercial practices and lead budget/forecast submissions.
  • Represent Aura at industry events and lead client workshops.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the Aura team.
  • Lead by example, living Aura’s values every day.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience inclient services(5+ years), ideally in retail or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree-level education withCRMandMicrosoft 365proficiency.
  • Experience in thepackaging industryor sustainability-focused roles preferred.
  • A self-starter with a track record of delivering results in senior roles.
