Account Director (Experiential/Events)

Location: Hybrid (Offices in Thame, Leeds, London, or Norwich)
Salary: Competitive

We're on the hunt for an Account Director with a sharp strategic mind, creative flair, and a passion for flawless delivery to lead one of our flagship accounts + a portfolio of equally exciting brands to collaborate with. You'll bring world-class live experiences to life with bespoke activations whilst driving growth, creativity, and excellence.

What you'll do
  • Be the trusted partner for senior stakeholders, delivering innovative experiential solutions.
  • Lead a portfolio of accounts across FMCG, retail, and beyond, ensuring creativity, strategy, and commercial success.
  • Direct large-scale live events and activations with flawless precision from creative briefing to on the ground, 'roll your sleeves up' leadership.
  • Own budgets, drive revenue growth, and secure commercial success without compromising on quality.
  • Inspire and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
