The Account Director will play a senior, client‑facing role with responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of predominantly property owner and real estate clients. This position requires a proven insurance professional with 5–10 years’ experience, strong market relationships, and the ability to lead, mentor, and support junior team members while contributing strategically to business growth.
This role is ideal for an experienced Account Executive or Senior Account Handler ready to step into an Account Director position, or an established Account Director seeking greater autonomy within an independent, entrepreneurial brokerage. You will have the opportunity to lead client relationships, influence strategy, and play a key role in driving the business forward.
