• Provision of the day-to-day servicing of a client’s insurance programme
• Effective and timely management of all renewals documentation to ensure completion by the due date
• Check policy documentation for accuracy prior to issuing to the client.
• Ensure clients have the required documentation in good time to support their operations
• Ensure all documentation is correctly recorded, including updating PLF Web
• Adhere to all policies and procedures

Candidate Profile

• CII Qualification/P&IQ or willingness to work towards this (Desirable)
• An understanding of regulatory controls and procedures relating to both commercial and retail customers, if applicable.
• An understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload to ensure service excellence
