Rate: £29.51 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Working Pattern: Hybrid working

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accommodation Officer to join a local authority service in North West London, supporting the delivery and management of temporary and emergency accommodation for homeless households. This role requires strong experience working with landlords and accommodation providers, alongside hands‑on housing management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with landlords and accommodation Powder promoters, ensuring all types of accommodation for homeless households
  • Contract manage accommodation providers to ensure service delivery standards are met

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in temporary accommodation / accommodation procurement or housing management
  • Must have experience working in a local authority or council
  • Strong knowledge of property standards and contract management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
