Air Conditioning Service Engineer £45,000 to £55,000 + Benefits

Talented People are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our established client, who are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing team. The Role

As an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs
• Working across both residential and commercial sites
• Occasionally working outside standard hours to deliver excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Live within 15 miles of Dartford (DA2)
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
• Have a minimum of 8 years industry experience.
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Take initiative, solve problems effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Essential Qualifications

You should hold some of the following certifications:

• Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds
• Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar

Package & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overtime: Evening and weekend opportunities available

Hours: Monday Friday, 08:30 AM 5:30 PM

Location: Mobile role (office based in Wilmington, Kent)
