Overview

A Gas Boiler Engineer required to work around Essex.

Responsibilities

• Installation: Installing gas appliances such as boilers, cookers, and fires in both domestic and commercial settings.
• Maintenance and Servicing: Conducting planned maintenance checks on gas systems and equipment, including boilers, pipes, valves, and gauges, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Repair: Diagnosing and repairing faults in gas heating systems, gas leaks, and other gas appliances.
• Safety Inspections and Certification: Testing controls and safety devices, ensuring gas appliances are safe for public use, and issuing gas safety certificates when required.

Skills required

• 3 yrs+ with proven installations of gas boilers.
• Repairs and maintenance skills.
• You will have your ACS (Accredited Certification Scheme) for Gas Safe Engineers.
• Full driving licence.
• UTR number under CIS (Sole trader) Scheme.
