A leading property consultancy in London seeks an experienced RICS registered valuer to join its Commercial Valuations team. This role involves providing valuations for loan security and participating in business growth. Candidates should be chartered surveyors with strong knowledge of commercial assets and local market dynamics. We are looking for an experienced RICS registered valuer to join our Commercial Valuations team based within our Head Office in London. The role will have a particular focus on providing valuations for loan security purposes to all major banks. This role will suit someone looking for a new career challenge and with the desire to build client relations while ensuring the delivery of excellent service to all our clients.
Our London based valuations team cover the whole of London and the south-east region and report on a wide range of properties including commercial investment properties, operational assets, residential developments, commercial and mixed-use developments.

What will it take to be successful?
You will be an experienced chartered surveyor and registered valuer, with a strong knowledge of valuations across commercial assets. You will have good working knowledge of relevant legislation and will ideally have a strong understanding of the local market to be able to identify new opportunities to grow the business further. Travel will be required in this role, and a driving licence is essential.
