Job summary

A leading renewable energy firm based in the United Kingdom is seeking Senior Authorised Persons for the construction and commissioning of the East Anglia 3 Wind farm. Candidates must have experience with high voltage equipment and offshore projects. The role involves maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a full-time position with planned start dates in 2025 and 2026.

Qualifications

• Previously authorised as 66 kV SAP.
• Previously worked on an offshore project.
• Operation and maintenance of HV Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Achieve and maintain Senior Authorised Person status.
• Carry out basic protection testing on HV related equipment.
• Undertake troubleshooting and fault-finding on Iberdrola controlled plant/equipment.

Skills

Strong approach to safe working practices

Able to operate and maintain various types of HV plant/equipment

Ability to coordinate multiple activities

Ability to identify problems and develop solutions

Education

Full UK driving licence

NEBOSH/ IOSH Managing Safely or CITB SMSTS or equivalent
