If you are looking for an opportunity to gain work experience and a qualification, then an apprenticeship at Channel 4 might be for you.
Our Apprenticeships are full-time, with four days per week spent working in a C4 department and one day per week completing the formal learning parts of the apprenticeship. You’ll spend 60% of your working week in your office base and 40% working from home.
The formal training provided will consist of workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching and in some cases residential boot camps. You can read more about the qualification being offered for this apprenticeship below.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
4Studio is the home of social media content at Channel 4. This includes content that we make about, and with our TV shows and talent, content we make with our favourite brands and sponsors, or original content for social media audiences. We also distribute and manage this content across over 100 different accounts.
The primary activities of 4Studio will be to curate (existing) and create (new) short-form content and distribute it through actively managed social media channels. The Social Media Apprentices will work very closely with key people and departments within C4 and on occasion with external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Reporting to a Social Media Manager, the Social Media Apprentice is a key member of the Channels Teams in 4Studio. You’ll experience all the different aspects of the work during your rotations and will assist the team to produce and publish campaigns that successfully drive viewers to engage with Channel 4. Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
