Our client, a leading IT services provider, is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to deliver high-level technical support across complex systems and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work within a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will directly influence service quality and client satisfaction.

What you’ll do
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated technical issues
  • Support and maintain infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environments
  • Deliver technical guidance and mentoring to 1st and 2nd line engineers
  • Manage system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, security, and performance across client environments.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a 3rd Line or senior technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, O365, Azure AD)
  • Experience with networking, firewalls, and virtualisation (VMware / Hyper‑V)
  • Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and IT security solutions
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer‑focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload in a dynamic support environment.
