Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer concerns efficiently and effectively, sharing feedback with the Store Management team as needed.
  • Problem solve proactively using available resources.
  • Support store upkeep, including layout, visual merchandising, inventory management, and other operations.
  • Communicate effectively and act as a flexible, responsible role model to your team.
  • Show interest in and passion for learning about the beauty market, competitors, and products.
  • Work with the Store Management team to:
    • Create a customer-focused store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to engage customers with products, campaigns, and activism, bringing the brand to life.
    • Develop customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
    • Meet sales and performance targets.
    • Identify and attract high-potential candidates and develop current team members to succeed.
    • Support training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
  • Support the Store Management team in driving retail excellence, sales results, and an engaging customer experience through inspiring leadership.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for beauty and retail.
  • Effective communication and listening skills, with operational competence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide solutions.
  • Positive mindset and willingness to develop personally.
