2nd Line Support Engineer - ON SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK

We are working with a fantastic client of ours who have a great opportunity for the right individual. They are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to join a progressive team where they can grow both personally and career wise.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (2nd Line) to join our IT Team. This role is ideal for someone who is a problem-solver with a solid understanding of IT systems and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a 2nd line support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Proficiency in desktop support, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
