If you’re a contingent recruiter looking to move into retained search without starting from scratch, or a search consultant who prefers delivery over business development, this could be ideal.
You’ll work on international retained mandates with global businesses, handling high-level, strategic recruitment projects. There’s a strong existing client base, but also plenty of room to further develop those relationships and make the role your own.
