A global creative business is seeking an experienced EA to support the CEO in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The EA will manage the CEO's schedule, prioritize communications, and coordinate travel. This office-based position demands early morning starts and flexibility for out-of-hours work.
We are looking for a skilled EA at the top of their game to dive into a fast paced, high intensity role supporting the founder & CEO of an incredible global, creative business. The principal’s diary, schedule and inboxes are ever-changing and high-volume pieces that need an experienced hand to take ownership of so they can be streamlined to make him run more efficiently and effectively. The inboxes will require constant prioritising, filtering and flagging as well as responses on his behalf. He is a fair, reasonable and inspiring individual but running a global business comes with intense pressure and he is very short of time, so he needs an EA who sees the bigger picture and will recognise the need for short, concise, well considered communication and who will understand the importance of finessing the more menial and granular level day to day tasks that have a real knock on impact, such as pre-empting transitions between meetings/VCs/trips/travel etc.
Whilst this role is predominantly business focused, and there is a private family PA, some personal PA tasks will still be required. You will have a junior PA to support you and hand over tasks to, and you will be working with a great team in the CEO’s office, including the EA to the Co-CEO and her junior as well as the Chief of Staff. You are part of a wider team in the head office with a strong culture, based in really cool and beautiful offices. This role needs a top-notch business EA who thrives as a dedicated right hand to the principal.
This is a 24/7 role and you will need to be available out of hours should the principal need to contact you, whether regarding a travel issue or because he is in a different time zone. The position is office-based and entails early morning starts and evening finishes, mirroring the principal’s hours. As his EA you will be exposed to an incredibly interesting business and connected to very influential people globally. Your responsibilities include managing activity to keep him operating at peak efficiency, prioritising communications, coordinating travel, and supporting day-to-day operational needs and transitions.
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills are essential, along with 5+ years of PA experience, and experience supporting at CEO or Founder level is a must.
Please note due to the high volume of applications we receive for each role we post; we are only able to respond to successful applicants.
