Fixed Term - 12 Months
Post split between West Port, Edinburgh and Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh
We are seeking an enthusiastic self‑motivated individual with exceptional team working skills to provide a comprehensive range of administrative, organisational, analytical and project management support duties. This role will be based between West Port, Edinburgh and Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh supporting a number of key directorate work programmes.
A key function of this is to support the Quality Directorate through the production of routine data reports and analysis;
A key function of this post is to coordinate and support the directorates staff engagement activities. Reportable to members of the senior team, this includes;
Candidates will be educated to Degree level or have an equivalent level of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS or other similarly large organisation.
Applicants must have proven advanced administrative and project experience.
Effective organisational skills are key as the post will involve planning, organisation and supporting a variety of events.
The successful candidate must have well developed interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff at all levels within the organisation. A flexible approach to work and an ability to work well within a small team is also essential.
