Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner with a passion for early childhood development? A warm and welcoming nursery in Wallsend, Newcastle is looking to recruit one part-time practitioner to join their team.
The nursery is seeking:
1 × Part-Time Nursery Practitioner
(Room/age group will be allocated based on your experience, strengths, and preference.)

Position: 1 × Part-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Wallsend, Newcastle
Job Type: Permanent/ongoing role within the nursery
Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities
Work collaboratively with room leaders and other staff
Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and independence
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and all nursery policies
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Friendly, professional, and flexible approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
