A leading IT services company is looking for an Information Communications Technician (Level 3) to join their team in Kingshurst. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients facing technical issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently. This position is part of an apprenticeship program lasting 18 months, and requires commitment from Monday to Friday. We are building a team to provide IT Support & Services to one of our critical public sector clients. You will be the "face" (and voice) of Atos for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, helping to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
