As a NOC Engineer, you’ll also keep an eagle eye on network alarms and events during your shift, documenting any ongoing issues for smooth handovers. Salary: £30k + 5% shift allowance

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve helpdesk incidents, ensuring timely updates to the ticketing system
  • Acknowledge and address all network alarms and events during your shift, documenting ongoing issues for handover
  • Keep the NOC Manager informed of all service-affecting incidents and initiate escalations when necessary
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and share your expertise to help us grow
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of network principles
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches, with a CCNA certification desirable
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance experience with Firewalls and / or Security Event management is a plus
  • Ability to obtain and retain SC clearance
