• 1+ years’ experience in a similar helpdesk or IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop 10 / 11 is essential.
• Experience within a Law Firm is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot helpdesk tickets.
• Assist with the roll-out of new hardware and software.
• Provide end-user IT training and support.
