You will be the first point of contact for users, solving issues and assisting with systems setup. This is a great opportunity for you, a customer-focused 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving organisation based in High Wycombe.
This role is office-based Monday to Friday, working with a great team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing friendly and effective technical support across business systems (EPOS - nice to have, not essential).
