A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking a commercial lawyer in West Midlands to cover an 18-month maternity leave. This role involves assisting with customer and supplier contracts, advising on bids, strategic projects, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing contracts and stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. The position offers a base salary up to £75,000, including a generous car allowance and discretionary bonus, along with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

This business is the top player in its market and seeking a commercial lawyer to cover an 18 month maternity leave, to handle a range of commercial law matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a lengthy fixed term contract where you will gain significant exposure in a major international business.
It is a pre-requisite that you have significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contacts & are able to manage key stakeholders within a fast paced sector.
The business is very flexible around hybrid working but there will be some office presence required in the Midlands office.
The base salary is up to £75,000 and includes a very generous car allowance & discretionary bonus.
