Overview

We are looking to recruit a 24-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a fixed term contract to work at our 579-branch located at 118 High Street, Little Lever, Bolton, BL3 1LR. The proposed shift pattern is: Monday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break); Tuesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break); Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break).

Responsibilities
  • Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers.
  • Provide support with the dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
  • Receive prescriptions and hand out prescription items.
  • Assist with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary.
  • Work as part of a well-established team to ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
  • Skills in planning, attention to detail and working under pressure are required.
