A government agency in the UK seeks an offender management professional to assess and manage individuals on probation. This role involves providing advice to courts, supervising probationers, and collaborating with various partners to reduce reoffending. A commitment to equality, effective teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential. The position aims to protect the public and support victims while adhering to all confidentiality policies.
Post holders will undertake the full range of offender management tasks with people on probation under supervision including assessment, sentence implementation and producing reports; utilising service procedures and practice directions to underpin professional judgement.
