Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or SLD) is highly preferred.
• You must hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-1 assistance tailored to the student’s specific EHCP.
• Work alongside the Class Teacher and SENDCo to track progress.
• Help foster a calm, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Use de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
