A leading IoT solutions company is looking for a Customer Success professional in Paris to manage customer deployments and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role, be fluent in French, and have a passion for client success. This is a remote-based position, offering the chance to work cross-functionally and influence continuous improvement in customer relations.
Samsara's Customer Success team advises and guides our largest customers to ensure they adopt Samsara and continuously gain business value from our products. We are the trusted point of contact for Samsara's strategic customers throughout their lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
In this role you will be part of our Implementation team responsible for helping customers deploy and adopt our IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment of Samsara's solution, picking up where our sales teams leave off. Customers span a wide range of industries, including haulage and transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, school buses, and more. You will build relationships with customers, help them learn our system, and ensure a successful ongoing customer relationship.
Your role is cross-functional, collaborating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to experience multiple aspects of a fast-growing company from within.
This role requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a customer's business, and comfort in explaining technology products to executives and day-to-day users.
Location: France or UK, remote-based
