- Strategic Growth: Expand client relationships at C-suite level, strengthen the firm’s position in existing industries, and drive entry into new high-potential sectors.
- Innovation Leadership: Bring thought leadership on digital PLM, AI, and Industry 4.0, ensuring clients adopt the most advanced tools and methodologies.
- Programme Direction: Oversee complex, international transformation programmes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Practice Development: Refine and diversify the PLM service portfolio, aligning with emerging trends in sustainability, circularity, and advanced manufacturing.
- Talent Growth: Mentor and empower consultants, fostering the next generation of PLM leaders.
- Firm Strategy: Play an active role in shaping the firm’s broader growth and long-term vision.
- A Partner-level role in a collaborative leadership team (not a “solo” mandate).
