Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2-TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). For global applicants, relocation to Asia is required for this position.
Reporting to our Head of Digital Strategy, the eCommerce Manager will oversee 2-TIMES’ global digital product portfolio, supporting the development of a flexible roadmap for our eCommerce platform to enhance visitor conversion, repeat purchases, and cross-brand sales of luxury designer products. They will collaborate closely with the design team to improve UI/UX, articulating the group’s point of view and creating compelling experiences that differentiate 2-TIMES from competitors.
They will lead the implementation of site-wide digital merchandising strategies focusing on searchability, user engagement, and seamless shopping—bridging technical and business aspects to design scalable product enhancements.
The ideal candidate has experience managing an eCommerce business across functions such as merchandising, marketing, and operations—leading strategy and executing tactics to increase traffic and revenue, while supporting global PR, communications, and digital initiatives.
