Job Description
Context

This position is based in our group IT department, within the business applications domain. You will join the 'core HR security and consultant retention' team, which manages the group-wide implementation of Workday core HR, security roles, compensation, and performance processes. The team ensures these critical systems are effectively deployed and maintained across all our entities.

Your assignments

As the Workday security roles expert, you will be a key contributor to the evolution and maintenance of our core HR system, focusing on one hand on Security Roles design, implementation and maintenance, on the other hand on Advanced compensation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating on the specification and writing of business requirements.

  • Establishing the design of new solutions to meet project requirements.

  • Animating business workshops to introduce standard Workday approaches and explain internal processes.

  • Staying informed about new Workday features, analysing their relevance, and proposing beneficial updates for Devoteam.

  • Organising internal training sessions for the team on new features and best practices, and maintaining internal knowledge documentation.

  • Suggesting improvements and optimisations for our current Workday implementation, including business processes and roles.

  • Co-animating our ambassadors community meetings and ensuring training materials are created and kept up to date.

  • Providing level 3 support for specific processes and maintaining the related service catalogue.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical and functional background in Workday, combined with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal profile includes:

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday security roles (Must), compensation, and advanced compensation (Nice).

  • Familiarity with Workday best practices.

  • Experience with EIBs.

  • Proficiency in using Google Slides and Google Sheets.

  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Proven ability to animate workshops and training sessions effectively.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on pedagogy and clarity.

  • A proactive, rigorous, and quality-oriented mindset.
