We are looking for French-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations &
International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.

Position: Operations Customer Expert
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Market: French-Speaking

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
  • Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
  • Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
  • Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
  • Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Option 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)

Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,040 / month
Includes:

  • Base salary
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance (7 per working day)
  • Apartment benefit‑in‑kind (200 declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31/12/2026)
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)
Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)

Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,240.00 / month
Includes:>

  • Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance‑based)
Training Information
  • Schedule: 8 hours/day
  • Training content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practice
  • Training allowance: 42.72 per day
  • Payment is made only if training is fully completed
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
  • 22 vacation days per year
  • French holidays apply
  • If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
  • Office located near Oriente / Moscavide stations (easy access by metro, bus, train)
