A leading aerospace company in Toulouse is looking for a Windows/Linux Service Delivery Manager. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations and the ability to manage outsourced contracts effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, coordinating incident responses, and overseeing budget forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows and Linux systems, along with strong organizational skills. This position may require a French security clearance.

Qualifications

• Steering an outsourced contract while building trust with suppliers.
• Ability to handle stress during outages.
• Rigorous and organized with multitasking capabilities.
• 5+ years in infrastructure operations or similar experience.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.

Responsabilités

• Monitor performance of externalized run supplier, including SLAs follow-up.
• Coordinate technical teams during major incidents.
• Budget forecasting and tracking of approximately 3m€.
• Monitor system obsolescence and implement minor upgrades.
• Facilitate discussions between suppliers and customers.
