A leading fashion company is looking for a Visual Merchandiser in Paris to enhance in-store performance and implement visual strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Head of Visual Merchandising, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing store openings. Ideal candidates have a degree in Visual Merchandising, proven experience, and proficiency in design software. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for contemporary culture. Fluent English and willingness to travel are necessary.
Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

For our office in Paris, we are looking for you as Visual Merchandiser (m/f/x) for our French market.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Visual Merchandising to roll out and adapt global VM guidelines and strategy across the French market.
Improve in-store performance through regular store visits, VM interventions, and team training.
Work with the Retail Manager to implement strategic layout changes, maximizing product impact and improving the customer experience.
Monitor store performance and visual standards, providing clear and constructive feedback via the IWD platform.
Produce visual elements and print files for windows and in-store displays for both retail and wholesale.
Support marketing initiative, event setups, product launches and brand collaborations through visual merchandising strategies in retail stores and with key wholesale partners.
Implement and maintain internal wholesale showrooms, ensuring the highest visual standards.
Lead and oversee store openings and refits in close collaboration with the retail team, ensuring smooth and consistent execution.
Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail, wholesale, or fashion marketing.
Degree in Visual Merchandising or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong visual and design sensibility with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Desirable: Experience with 3D software (e.g. Archicad, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp) and Adobe InDesign.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge and understanding of music, skate culture, art, pop culture, and the contemporary fashion landscape.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel.
