A leading investment banking firm in France is seeking a Vice President to manage transaction processes and client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and a minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking or Private Equity. Responsibilities include managing teams, preparing presentations, and contributing to the Healthcare franchise. This role offers great exposure to senior professionals and requires strong technical and organizational skills.
Bryan, Garnier & Co requires that a Vice President assume high levels of responsibility almost immediately. As the principal client contact in a client engagement, a Vice President coordinates the transaction process, from initial meeting with senior management to working closely with senior professionals to negotiate mandates. This generally involves meeting with CEOs, CFOs and corporate development executives of public and private technology and healthcare companies, preparing and delivering client presentations and managing the execution team and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic track record from a recognized college or university with a degree in Business or Finance : Business Schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Science Po, EM Lyon…), Tier 1 University (Dauphine, Sorbonne, Assas…) and Engineering Schools (Mines, Centrale…). In order for applicants to be considered, a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in investment banking, Private Equity or Transaction Services is required.
