Therapist
Sign On Bonus: $2,000 ($500 at start, $500 at 90 days, $1000 at 6 months - must be in good standing).
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; non‑traditional hours required at times.
Work Model: Hybrid service delivery combining virtual and in‑person sessions.
Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee, this position makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families served, working closely with youth, family, foster parents and community partners to provide counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
- Actively support, represent, and extend the mission, vision and values of the organization.
- Provide individual, group and family mental health services, case management, transportation, and other professional services meeting or exceeding outcome thresholds.
- Travel daily to provide community‑based services in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Consistently achieve established productivity thresholds.
- Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community including mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational and social services.
- Regularly review and modify youth‑based plans to ensure consistent progress towards written goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
- Assist in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts consistent with the youth’s case plan.
- Provide safety assessment, crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or comparable human services field from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible and non‑traditional hours in service of foster caregivers, families of origin and persons served.
- Capacity to remain objective and professional in all job functions.
- Demonstrated tolerance and respect for diverse cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious and racial backgrounds.
- Proficiency with desktop and laptop computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers, and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database programs.
